Mr. Peterson joined MDI in 2006. He has 20 years of experience in operational and leadership roles in the military and private sector.

Mr. Peterson served in the U.S. Army with combat service as an armor officer in Iraq, and held overseas assignments in Germany and Eastern Europe. He joined AOL/Time-Warner as an Operations Manager and was later sent to India as Vice President and General Manager to start operations with a small team. In three years he assisted in growing this organization to 2,000+ people, with divisions in customer service, sales and software.

Upon his return, Mr. Peterson was a Regional Vice President and General Manager responsible for outsourced sales and service operations in Argentina, Israel, South Africa, India, and vendor service operations around the United States.

He has B.A. degrees in History and Government and earned an MBA in International Business. He serves on the Board of Directors for Jacksonville Oceanside Rotary International.
 

JULIE GILL Vice President of Finance, Controller

Ms. Gill joined MDI in May 2008 as the Assistant Controller. Prior to coming to MDI, she was the Controller for Landstar Express America. Ms. Gill also held the position of Controller for The Clarkson Group, LLC. In four years she restructured the accounting department, managed and established all accounting procedures required to acquire, sell, and build hotels. Prior to relocating to Florida, Ms. Gill worked in an Indianapolis public accounting firm specializing in tax and audits of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Gill obtained a B.S. in Business with an accounting major from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. She is a CPA and belongs to the Indiana CPA Society.
 

KELLY WEBER Vice President of Operations

Ms. Weber joined MDI in 2005 as the Assistant Vice President and Central Regional Manager. In 2009, she was promoted to Vice President of Operations of MDI Government Healthcare Solutions. Before joining the MDI team Ms. Weber worked for Prudential Healthcare in Provider Relations, and she held the position of Senior Provider Relations Representative for T.I.O.P.A., a local 501 (a), for over six years. Ms. Weber has additional experience as the Contracting/Regional Director for two national PPOs.

Kelly graduated with a B.S. from Texas Christian University in 1983.
 

TOM DOLSAK Vice President of Sales

Mr. Dolsak joined MDI in 2009. He has more than 17 years experience in sales and marketing, healthcare consulting, and clinical healthcare. Most recently, he worked as a consultant developing innovative and progressive employee benefit solutions and cost containment programs for health plan administrators and employers. 

Mr. Dolsak has also held positions with HRAdvance as a Senior Sales Executive responsible for the development of new sales, and WEB-TPA as an Account Executive. 

Mr. Dolsak is a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving as a Combat Medic and Intensive Care Nurse.
