In our effort to assist customers with continuity of care
and to maintain the accurate health history of patients,
Patient Schedulers collect pertinent information at the
time the appointment is scheduled. This information,
along with future updates, are stored and maintained
within our secure web-portal.

To ensure the number of missed appointments and lost
time are kept to a minimum, we confirm every
appointment within 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
