The hospitals and physicians in our Provider Network are the basis of our healthcare model and have been a key factor in our ability to successfully deliver quality services and healthcare for over 17 years.

MDI educates our providers so that they are in compliance with government and/or facility policies and procedures. We currently offer the following to network providers:

• Periodic on-site visits and phone calls
  
• 24/7 support by an experienced Contract Director
  
• Detailed manuals outlining policies and procedures
  
• Training on MDI’s systems, software, and billing
  procedures
  
• Quarterly surveys assessing provider’s satisfaction with MDI and contract work
  
• Training on the customer’s specific policies and procedures outlined in the contract or RFP
